Alan Peck is a Partner within Tollers and Head of Family Law Team. Alan has over 20 years of expertise is dealing with divorce, civil partnership breakdown, distribution of assets and income, arrangements for children, cohabitation breakdown, adoption of children and mediation.
Alan has acted for numerous Directors of Plcs and Limited companies and a number of professionals including doctors, accountants and lawyers. Alan has extensive experience of acting for both husbands and wives. Alan has acted in a wide range of cases, with the same professional attention. Alan has particular interest in dealing with complicated financial issues where businesses, shareholdings and pensions are involved.
He is a fully trained Collaborative Lawyer, a member of Resolution, Law Society Family Law Panel and Childrens Panel. Alan enjoys golf and reading.

Katie has specialised in offering legal advice and assistance to private clients since she qualified as a Solicitor 12 years ago. She has dealt with a vast spectrum of cases in relation to all aspects of family law which include divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, child related issues, financial disputes and pre-nuptial arrangements.
Katie is particularly keen to ensure that clients receive clear and constructive advice to enable them to understand the options available to them. Her aim is to reach a fair and just resolution as painlessly and as cost effectively as possible so that clients achieve financial security or agreed contact routines, which will enable them to move forward with their lives. Usually this can be achieved by discussion and negotiation but, where necessary, Katie has experience of progressing matters through the courts.
Katie is a fully trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Katie is a member and former Chairperson of Resolution and founder member of the Family Justice Council.
When she is not at work Katie enjoys rugby, skiing and good food.

Sally is a Partner at Tollers and has specialised in Family Law since 1993.
Sally deals with all issues relating to divorce or relationship breakdown, including the resolution of issues relating to children and finances. She has particular interest in dealing with complicated financial issues where businesses, shareholdings or pensions are involved.
Sally qualified as a Mediator in 1998 and was one of the first solicitors in the country to train to be a Collaborative Family Lawyer in 2005. She is a member of the Resolution Law Society Family Panel, Mediation Panel and Collaborative Family Law Panel.
