Martin is a leading wills, tax and estate planning solicitor. Martin focuses on trusts, estates, formation of wills, inheritance tax planning and court of protection. He is a member of many organisations including; Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Law Society Probate & Law Management sections and Solicitors for the Elderly.
As part of our charity law team, Martin regularly advises on the formation of new charities, deals with the Charity Commission, HMRC and the Charities Aid Foundation. He also advises existing charities in the ongoing administration of their affairs and acts as Trustee for Kettering and District Charitable Medical Trust.
Martin is a foundation governor for Bishop Stopford School, Kettering and in his spare time he enjoys a round of golf, football and travelling.

Matthew specialises in business sales and purchases, including management buy-outs and commercial law. He has advised on some of the largest corporate deals to have taken place locally for the last 10 years and has acted for companies such as Abbey National and Samsung.
As head of our charity law team, Matthew advises charities and the not for profit sector on the aspects and options on incorporation, UK structures for overseas organisations, constitutional and governance issues, funding and commercial arrangements and intellectual property matters.
Matthew is an East Midlands business champion and leads Tollers involvement with ProHelp. Outside of work Matthew supports Northampton Saints, runs marathons and plays golf.

Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Claire specialises in commercial property matters for individuals, companies, partnerships and charities. Claire acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial premises. She also works closely with the firm’s corporate department on business acquisitions and disposals involving leasehold and freehold property and deals with the acquisition and disposal of freehold properties, on behalf of occupiers and investors.
Claire advises charities and voluntary organisations in connection with their property transactions. Charity trustees who are responsible for buying, selling, leasing and mortgaging property are taking on personal responsibility and Claire is instructed to advise on the trustees’ obligations and responsibilities.
In her free time Claire’s interests include travelling, cycling and going to the gym.

Marie specialises in employment law matters and advises and represents a number of high profile clients. Marie represents both employers and employees dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters and has substantial experience in dealing with all aspects of employment law.
Marie has worked for the commission for racial equality advising both claimants and respondents in respect of discrimination claims and policies and procedures. She has advised and represented a diverse variety of clients including trade unions, local authorities and regional, national and multinational companies.
Marie is also a Trustee of Milton Keynes Women and Work.
